Broken Glass on The Heated Bed

Go down to the hardware store and ask them to cut you a piece of glass the size of your bed. Replace it when you get the correct glass from the vendor.

How do you remove the bed?

They glued the bed onto the heater? Acetone and a lot of time. You’ll have to slowly work a tool between the glass and the bed with acetone and be careful not to damage the heater.

I did something similar on my Da Vinci so I took a BuildTak sheet from me Robo and cut it to fit. It works like a charm.

You can also buy a small sheet of polycarbonate and put on your bed as almost a bed topping, you can print with ease and don’t have to worry about glue or tape, you just can’t really print ABS because the heated bed will warp the polycarbonate.
