The other ones I’ve used are Structure.io which is very portable and I like it very much and Fuel 3D which gives amazing detail, Both have downsides, but when you know what you’re using it for!

I’ve been getting a lot more “can you scan X and printit” than “can you print X” lately and I’m shopping for a scanner that is better than my DIY Kinect scan setup but not $400. I have access to a David scanner but by appt only and that is proving to be a bottleneck.
It needs to scan small objects as well as a full person. Full color is not crucial. PC or Android only, no MAC thank you.
Below $200 and payable via paypal. That’s what I need.

Hey, well the sofwares on the iPad doesn’t really allow you to do anything. they simply capture, show the model and allow you to send it to your computer. So all the after-work still has to be done on a pc. Although itseez3d does that within the app, but you are not control of the process at all (even though the results are great)
