I have recently got my first order and have yet to be payed. I just called the NYC office to get no help on my issue. Felling like I’m being scammed.

Never had an issue getting paid. Have you actually completed the order? 3D Hubs doesn’t release the payment to you until you’ve finished the order and marked it as shipped or picked up, and the customer confirms (or 10 days after marking it as shipped or picked up). There are also a few days after that just for processing the payment.
It’s just a bit strange with the way you worded it, “recently got my first order”.

Hey @3digitaldesigns , I had a quick look at your orders and besides the Marvin review, which is indeed your first order on the platform meant to assess your printing skills as a Hub, you’re still to finish printing your next order. As @karlzhao314 mentioned below, your payment will be made after the order is completed.
If you have more questions about your Hub, feel free to check out our FAQ and the How to Hub section of our forum. Hope this helps. Cheers

Thanks for your responses, I did not realize I don’t receive payment till the completion of the order. My understanding was I would get payed before printing begins. So I guess this means that the money is currently being held by 3DHubs and after pickup I get payed.
Sorry for the misunderstanding, @3digitaldesigns , not sure how that happened! We’re actually very transparent with how the system works and you can see all the steps of the ordering process here: Become a manufacturing partner today | Hubs | Hubs . Basically step 4 states you will get paid upon print completion. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, I’m more than happy to help Cheers

Worth mentioning…
Payout usually occurs about 1-2x a week from 3dhubs (at lest for me).
So once the customer confirms they have received the prints or the waiting period ends… there can be a few days gap where you wait for payment… especially if you finalize on like a Thursday or Friday… days counted are only weekdays. So this could mean a order that completed Thursday might not get payout until the latest of the following Tuesday.
