Extruder motor only works if the printhead is above 175C (usually this is safety temp. defined in the firmware)
Connect to the printer with pronterface: http://koti.kapsi.fi/~kliment/printrun/Printrun-Win-Slic3r-03Feb2015.zip
Or Repetier host and send a M302 command (cold extrusion). Then you can test the extruder motor (Please make sure of course no filament is able to enter to printhead as it can damage it).
Or just simply heat up the head to 185c and than the extruder should work.
I have put M302 command in Pronterface and the extrusor motor dosent move, i test the motor Separately and works. It can be possible that the problem is a firmware problem? Thanks for your support

Don’t think so its firmware related.
Don’t know your electronics, but check the stepper driver for the extruder, and replace it if possible. Also did you already adjusted the current for the extruder driver?
how can i check the stepper driver for the extruder? i think that the extruder driver current is adjusted, but how can i adjust?
If you ramps 1.4 board or where the drivers can be repalced. Just change the X axis driver with the Extruder and see if its works.
Current adjustment in different story it depends witch driver you have A4988 or DRV8825.

I have a little problem of kossle extruder.
extruder motor doesn’t move when I printing in cura
as you can make kossel 3d printer. there give 3 of software for 3d printer. Cura, Arduino, printrun.
when I control extruder motor in printrun software, extruder motor works fine.
but, when I actually print in Cura, extruder motor is not move.
