@toymaker2 The tumbler shown in the right hand side of the pic is a brass tumbler that can be used with coarse (hardware such as small nuts and bolts) to softer medium (crushed walnut shells with added polish solution is a standard). It is similar to a rock tumbler but I find that the design is far more robust and will last longer with heavy use. Like using a rock tumbler, the process of abrasion or smoothing (depending on medium) takes some time. This is a “set it and forget” it form of print finishing. The product can be purchased here for a reasonable price due to its prevalence in other industries: Robot or human?
There are other models available at sites like Harbor Freight as well.

Guys, here’s my first attempt with stainless steel filament. I print 4 Iron Man Rings(http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:112672) in 100 micro layer height. Since I don’t have tumbler, I polish them with sand paper by hand. Check it out!

I was there and got to meet @Alexander_8 and attend the workshop. It was great! Got me interested in ProtoPasta and I already ordered my first spool.
