Hi Guys

I’m currently making a fully 3D Printable Wargame, everything desgined to be 3D printable on a single extruder FDM 3D Printer.

We currently have some vehicles, later this week I’ll be adding a tripod walker with 12 articulations. I’m looking for people who would be interested in try out few of my models. Any one here interested?

I attached a few pictures of my current model, they are all printed on a single extruder FDM with 04.mm nozzle and 0.1 mm layer. Just so you can see for yourself.

Hi, I’d be more than happy to help you out with that. If you’d like you can submit an order to my hub if you just wanted to try out a print and see how you like it before committing to a bunch of pieces. Let me know!

didn’t really pay attention, I just print at finest setting.

0.4 nozzle

0.1 layers

30-40 deg for overhang. Though my models don’t have any angled overhang, mostly.

Wow, that is very good indeed.

What machine are you running? Surely it’s the machine’s precision more than anything?

Oh and design, of course!

The printer doesn’t matter that much for those models. those where printed on a old upbox 2 that’s on its last leg.

Most of the work is to design the files so that they can print well even on an average printer.

Just don’t try that with character models. There is a limit to what deigns can do, it’s a case by case thing.
