Is it me or how long does it take to get a print job on 3D Hubs?
Each hub lists their own days for completion.
However, even if a hub lists one day, remember that there is probably at least a little queue, that the hub might not be able to slice the model, print it (some models can take a long time to print, and how long it takes to print can depend on model size, complexity, and resoluiton), and get it to you.
Here is what I would do if I need a rush order:
1. Find a printer near me
2. Choose the maximum layer height you can live with.
3. Ask the printer if/when you can pick it up.
Now, your question may also be related to the fact you ordered a print and are waiting on it. If this is the case, contact 3dhubs support immediately if the hub is taking much longer than promised. Every order has an :order expected of completion" date.

I think the he means how long to get his/her first print job for their hub. That depends on a lot of factors:
- the hub pricing
- the number of hubs in your area
- the number of potential customers in your area
- the variety of materials and/or colors you have available
A couple of things I noticed with your hub:
- You need to post more pictures of 3D prints you have done.
- Your ‘About’ write up is not very detailed.
Ive noticed sometimes I will have a few slow weeks and then one week get a bunch of orders. Just give it time

James, I completely misread your question. Sorry. So, I am going to try to help you out…
OK, so a few things that will help.
1. Your banner, that shows the printer parts you printed, those prints do not look so good. As a little help, try not to zoom in so much on the print.
I dont know if it is not a good print, but I will tell you this- zoomed in prints, where you can easily see the printer movements and marks, are just not as attractive as showing a lot of parts.
2. More pictures of prints helps.
3. You need to add all your material colors and types. I could be wrong, but it looks to me like you have only 1 color.
4. See if maybe you can get arnoldos to give a less wordy review. That review for your marvin is not doing you any favors.
5. Add some spark to your hubs description. This is your selling point. (been doing this a long time, personal service, etc.)
6. Invoices: Hub cannot print invoices <-- why not? Change this.
7. Your pricing is not competetive in your area. Not even close to competetive.
I have looked at many other hubs around my area and judging by the amount of customer feedback they received, well you may be waiting around for a very long time. If you want work you need to go and promote your hub or printing service yourself. I have gotten a few local jobs this way while none from 3d hubs. I think very few people outside 3d printer owners know this website exists. Also, most of the people I’ve dealt with have no idea what an stl file even is.
