Hey guys,
Just wanted to share with you all my new remixed model that I use on my 'Hubs orders. I wanted to mark my parcels and packages with something so my customer knew it was their parts, but not stick “3D HUBS, PLASTIC PARTS INSIDE” all over it!
So I came up with a ‘rubber’ stamp to stamp each parcel with the logo in red ink. Works really well and i’m very chuffed with the final result. In a cheesy way - it looks really “stamped”?!
I used the 3D Hubs logo pendant they have on Thingiverse and turned that in to a mould to then cast in silicone “rubber” paste. I created a simple stamp handle to hold the silicone stamp and it was all complete! All done in Tinkercad with some basic shapes and a lot of use of the “hole” function.

Awesome! I used to use the stickers (the ones that 3D Hubs sends you when you sign up) to mark the packages but then I ran out and now shipping is too exspensive to order them for every order. I think I’m going to make one of these!
Ha yeah - still got my free ones I received… waiting on the perfect project to use them on. I should stick them on my printer, but love clean lines far too much! haha!

Cool stamp and terrific idea of stamping packages so people know it’s from a hub! You inspired me to create a different take using ninjaflex ?
Ahh thanks! I had been meaning to put the “positive” model on Thingiverse so people couple print the final “stamp” in flex material. Good on you though!
