Hi Abhi, we do have hubs that might be able to help with your request, but none of them in New Delhi.

@chwloon @Harry_8 @3dneoveo @SKYFORM @3Dmaker4U @Andreas @polysign - would you be able to help Abhi with his prints?

Wow, quite an order… of magnitude  I usually do perosnalized figurines, monochrome printed in ABS, then painted. I do currently have limited printing volume and production capabilities. However, you can eventually drop a few details here, like size, finishing, etc.

Please contact me!

Hi Abhi, we could help you with monochrome sandstone busts as well as ABS and PLA but not full color at this stage.

Please note we are in Cape Town, South Africa.

Should you want to discuss further please contact me directly.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Harry

I have setup a ground team as of now… So setups which are based outside New Delhi or India are also welcome to collaborate.

HI there stranger. To check the kind of finish i am looking for is shown in the pic attached to the original post. The guy with the cap who has a bust of himself in his hand. I would love to see what kind of finish do you usually do. Limited printing volume is not an issue since this order would be divided amongst a large sea of 3d printers. I have not found one guy who can solely attend the whole order by himself. The approximate sizing i am looking at is 6x6x15 centimeters. Sizing can be manipulated but the pricing, turnaround time, consistency and adherence to deadlines is of utmost importance.

Hi there. How do i get in touch with you? if you go through the forum you would be able to see my requirement and details.

Hey. I don’t know how to get in touch with you directly. Thats why i mentioned my requirement and details on a open thread. Makes it more easier for everyone.

Please email me at martin@kaproco.se

Hi Abhi, we are experienced in 3D printing the full-color sandstone busts. If you have any questions, please contact us directly at @SKYFORM.

Hi Abhi, On our Hub page you will see that I have uploaded some pictures of busts that we’ve printed from scans of people. There are 3 examples of prints using PLA/ABS and Binder Jet technology which prints in a white powder that has the same properties as plaster of paris. The example that you posted is from a Projet 660 if I am not mistaken. It uses the same technology as our monochrome Binder Jet printer but it is in full colour. In short we can print your busts but of course: time, quality, technology, delivery and cost will be factors we need to discuss in detail. For the best results I would suggest that the models are as detailed as possible. If you are scanning people (and budget permits) scans done with a scanner like the Artec Eva yields the best results. As for the printers, we have a small print farm of FDM machines which can print up to 2 busts (of the size you are looking for) at a time but that will take quite a lot of time. You can estiate about 2hrs per bust at standard resolution. On the sandstone/powder side, our printer could fit a bit more but I still think your print sizes are very big for such a large order. As a reference, the standard size for our busts is about 6cm wide (shoulder to shoulder) x 6cm high (breast line to top of head) and aprrox 3cm thick. If you want to chat over the phone our details are on our webiste. Hope this helps, Harry.

Thank you Harry. I appreciate and admire the amount of information that you have helped me out with. I would love to get in touch with you. But i am struggling with this forum to find out how to connect directly.

Hi, you can go to our Hub page (search for Rabbit’s Hub) and then find our website from there. Hope this helps.

Hi Abhi,

I can surely supply a number of ABS busts. Are they all different? What kind of cost are you anticipating? Over what period are you expecting production?

Cheers,

AndyL

It’s easiest if you share your Hub link here. Our user profiles are not yet clickable (sorry, it is in the planning). Therefore a direct link would help

Besides PM / inbox, a straight forward route is to ask Hubs for their Hub link. Then you can check their profiles and place the order directly if desired. Cheers cheers
