The first problem is that i cannot seem to get onto the zortrax website at all anymore, i always had a problem with the support part but now i cant access it at all.
The second problem is that i cannot find any help anywhere oh how to change the v1 hotend to the v2 hotend as i would like to but i dont want to risk breaking anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To change your hotend:
-Take out the filament
-Loosen the 2 hex screws for the heater and thermocoupler
-Loosen the 2 hex screws in front of the extruder/hotend
-Pull out the hotend en put the new one in. Be sure to push it all the way up and tighten the screws gently.

1) I was able to access there website with no problem. It may be worth checking http://www.isitdownrightnow.com to see if it’s your computer/browser having an issue or what.
2) I downloaded the maintenance document you need to replace the hotend for both versions.

Our site is up and running.
Bear in mind that Hotend v2 doesn’t have same signal cable as Hotend V1, so dont be confused looking at pictures.
