CNC machining orders can be manufactured locally or globally. You can choose the option that best suits your budget and timeline.
Local machining with 5-day lead times
Local CNC machining means your order is manufactured by a machine shop located within your customs-clearance zones (for customers in the US or EU). Compared with global sourcing, local manufacturing is a faster option, with lead times from 5 business days, and results in fewer logistical hurdles such as time spent clearing customs.
Global CNC machining
Alternatively, you can select global manufacturing which typically requires a longer timeframe but is more cost-efficient.
Centralized quality standards
No matter which option you choose, all parts are held to Protolabs Network's high quality standards and thoroughly inspected throughout the manufacturing process.
